RELATED TOPICS/EXPERIENCES: Currently, Mr. Balikov leads a sophisticated team that provides leading-edge business techniques, EMSs, and performance measurement programs. His EMS work includes both public and private sector clients in both service and manufacturing sectors. Specifically for transportation agencies, he has guided evaluation and development of procedures, processes, and tools for environmental management systems; regulatory compliance strategy development; and development and presentation of environmental training.
