Environmental Council of the States (ECOS)
ECOS is the national non-profit, non-partisan association of state and territorial environmental agency leaders with a mission to improve the capability of state environmental agencies and their leaders to protect and improve human health and the environment of the United States of America.

Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (IAFWA)
IAFW represents the government agencies responsible for North America’s fish and wildlife resources. IAFWA applies expertise in science, policy, economics and coalition-building to serve its members as a national and international voice on a broad array of wildlife and conservation issues.

National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers (NCSHPO)
NCSHPO is the professional association of the State government officials who carry out the national historic preservation program as delegates of the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended.

National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL)
NCSL is a bipartisan organization that serves the legislators and staffs of the nation's 50 states, its commonwealths and territories. NCSL provides research, technical assistance and opportunities for policymakers to exchange ideas on the most pressing state issues. NCSL is an effective and respected advocate for the interests of state governments before Congress and federal agencies.

National Governors Association (NGA)
NGA is the bipartisan organization of the nation's governors and promotes visionary state leadership, shares best practices and speaks with a unified voice on national policy.

National Association of Clean Air Agencies
The National Association of Clean Air Agencies (NACAA) represents air pollution control agencies in 53 states and territories and over 165 major metropolitan areas across the United States.
